This past week, i decided to place another order with ELF since they were having their anniversary sale and were offering 60% off on your total purchase. So decided to pick up a few items to test out. Although i am not going to go into much details about certain items right now, but there will be a few PR's on some of these items.
Everything i purchased are new to me except for the Powder Brush (Flat Top). That brush is one of my HG brushes, since i use it on a daily basis and honestly cannot figure out how i applied my foundation without it before. It's a must-have in my book so i bought an extra one just in case my puppy or my daughter gets into it. Back-ups are always a plus in my book, ESPECIALLY with must-have HG items.
So from left to right, i'll go ahead and name off the items since i used my point-and-shoot camera today instead of my SLR.

Now there SHOULD be one more item i should have received but for some reason, ELF must have forgotten to place it in my package. I ordered the HD powder, but it wasn't in my package. SAD! I know. I have went ahead and emailed their customer service so we'll see how they stream line this. But i'll definitely keep you guys posted so you guys can see how they handle issues like this.

Ooh I love ELF products! I use one of the e/s quads as my daily :) I use MAC brushes, but my sister has the ELF ones and hers are much softer than mine.. I think I might get that flat top one too!
I don't have anything ELF yet. I wish I knew about the 60% of sale!
@ Sophia -- I use high end brushes and don't get me wrong, i honestly PREFER them over a lot of the ELF brushes, but the flat top brush is honestly such a good quality brush you can't go wrong with it. I would highly recommend it :)

Oo, it will be good to know how they deal with the missing product. I'm a little worried because I placed an order during the 60% off sale that included that powder, too! :(
Hi!!! I just got my order today there were 2 things missing. It's far from obvious but I found that if I logged into my account at ELF's website and clicked my order, a "1 CREDIT Credit for missing items" was added to my order list and my credit card activity reflects the newer, adjusted shopping car total. It didn't say on my package slip anywhere. :(
Anyways, just a fyi - possible info on your missing item! I hope you got a credit or get it eventually. :|
